The business was founded by Paul McKenna, a 20 year career banker and experienced recruiter, who combines a deep understanding of the financial markets with an extensive network of professional contacts. In January 2011 Paul was joined by Tony Gleeson, a 20 year veteran of the financial services recruitment industry.
