Paul McKenna - Director
Paul founded mcg in early 2010. Prior to that he worked in banking for more than 20 years and ran the leveraged debt capital markets business of ING, JP Morgan, Warburg Dillon Read and NatWest Markets. As well as having an in depth knowledge and understanding of the financial markets, he has a deep and wide network of professional contacts – having worked throughout his career interfacing between the buy and the sell side. He is an experienced recruiter having built teams on a number of occasions at his previous employers. He graduated from the University of Strathclyde in Business and Accounting and has an MBA from IESE, Spain.
Tony Gleeson - Director
Tony joined the board of mcg in January 2011. Prior to that Tony spent the last 20 years in executive financial recruitment, building up two businesses and successfully selling them to International firms. Tony's main focus has been on the recruitment of main board CFO's for PLC's and Private groups across a whole range of sectors. He has an extensive network of contacts built up over many years. He graduated from the University of Strathclyde in Business and Accounting and is a Chartered Accountant.
